In September, Jack ran in-service training for the staff at Sydney Eye Hospital and Westmead Hospital on the care, maintenance and common patient concerns and issues regarding prosthetic eyes and scleral shells. The session was great, and answered lots of questions about patient concerns.

In November, Jack provided a training and question session for the Ophthalmology team at Royal Victorian Eye & Ear Hospital, which provided some in depth information about how prosthetic eyes and scleral shells are made, as well as some common issues with prosthetic eyes and treatment for common patient concerns and presentations.
